Twin Peaks II legislation: our conflicts of interest policy

The Twin Peaks II reform entered into force on 30 April 2014. The purpose of these measures is to improve consumer knowledge and understanding of insurance products and enhance consumer protection.

At AG Insurance, customer focus, access to information, transparency, service, etc. have always been an integral part of the way we manage customer relations. As part of the requirements of Twin Peaks II, we are now also informing you about our policy to eliminate or mitigate potential conflicts of interest between insurers, intermediaries and customers ("Conflicts of interest policy").
